Polydeoxyribonucleotide · Cosmetic raw material
A cosmetic-grade PDRN powder for formulators who need a precise, water-soluble active with batch-level documentation. Suitable for serums, essences, ampoules and hydrogel systems.
PDRN Powder is produced from salmon-derived DNA through controlled fragmentation and purification, then processed into a stable powder. The result is a water-soluble raw material that is straightforward to weigh, dissolve and incorporate into water-based cosmetic systems.
Each batch is tested for identity, purity and microbiological quality. The batch-specific Certificate of Analysis travels with the material, so your formulation and regulatory teams can review the actual results — not just a marketing sheet.
Disperse the powder in the water phase with gentle mixing. Add during the cool-down stage to limit heat exposure, and validate the final pH and stability in your own base. A typical starting point is 0.1–2.0% in the final formula.
Values below are typical for cosmetic-grade PDRN Powder. The batch-specific COA is the controlling document for each shipment.

Because PDRN is water-soluble, it is easiest to incorporate in aqueous systems. Typical starting points are shown below; confirm the final level in your formula.
0.1–2.0% typical use level. Add to the water phase and check clarity and pH.
0.5–2.0% typical use level. Consider preservative strategy and single-dose packaging.
0.1–1.0% typical use level. Test compatibility with your gelling system.
PDRN is generally compatible with common water-based cosmetic ingredients. As with any active, we recommend a compatibility and stability screen before scaling up.
Download a representative document below, or request the current batch-specific COA for your shipment.
The COA shown is batch ES-260825-01. A signed, batch-specific COA is issued with each order. The MSDS supports safe handling and does not replace a site-specific risk assessment.
PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide: a family of low-molecular-weight DNA fragments derived from salmon. In cosmetics it is used as a skin-conditioning ingredient in water-based formulas such as serums, essences and gels.
No. This is a cosmetic-grade raw material intended for topical cosmetic formulations only. It is not supplied for injection, therapeutic use or direct consumer sale. If you are developing an injectable product, you need a pharmaceutical-grade material and the appropriate regulatory pathway.
A typical starting point is 0.1–2.0% in the final formula, depending on the format and your formulation goals. Confirm the final use level through your own stability, compatibility and safety testing.
Store sealed in a cool, dry place, protected from light and heat. Allow the container to reach room temperature before opening to reduce condensation. Once reconstituted, follow your own microbial and stability controls.
Yes. Samples are available on request for the powder grade. Use the request form or email winnie@esurey.com with your application and shipping country.
PDRN is generally compatible with common water-based cosmetic ingredients, including hyaluronic acid and niacinamide. However, every formula is different. We recommend a small compatibility and stability trial before scaling up.
